Dale Dymkoski first established Changing Bodies in New York City in 1998 after apprenticing with Garry Steinhardt, personal training pioneer, at Definitions Inc. Inspired by Steinhardt’s philosophy of rapid paced weightlifting, Dale added his own twist to create the Changing Bodies workout program, emphasizing compound movements with moderate weights while maintaining structural integrity, also known as “good form”.

Dale picked up his first weights at age 10 and became hooked on the “pump” he felt and devoted his life to fitness. An outstanding athlete, Dale earned all-state in baseball and football at Masuk High School in Monroe, CT. He deepened his understanding of performance-oriented training under the guidance of renowned strength coach Jerry Martin at University of Connecticut. Dale earned his personal trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 1997, and has also been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and completed the Equinox Fitness Training Institute curriculum, as well as attended countless seminars and while working closely with the top minds in the fitness industry in New York and Los Angeles.

Dale has amassed an impressive list of high-profile clients as well as everyday people who have achieved incredible results. Dale is skilled at knowing how to progress a client quickly, safely and efficiently, all while earning the client’s trust. Paying particular attention to body symmetry, functional mobility and overall muscular balance, Dale uses free weights, compound movements, plyo-metrics and core conditioning to achieve the results everyone wants: a stronger, leaner and more toned body.
