1/2 cup oatmeal with enough water to soak the oats, microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds. Add 1/2 scoop to 1 full scoop (depending on your size, workout intensity and goals) and mix with 1/4 almond milk (or lowfat milk). Stir. Optional: add 1/2 cup of your favorite high fiber cereal.
